1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VyaparMap website, mobile application, or services provided by S8N ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service

VyaparMap is a hyperlocal B2B sourcing directory application that enables wholesale buyers (contractors, builders, retailers, procurement officers) to discover nearby verified suppliers, wholesalers, and manufacturers. VyaparMap is a directory and facilitation platform only — we are not a broker, intermediary transaction escrow, or lead-selling agency.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

• You agree to use VyaparMap for legitimate B2B trade inquiries and procurement purposes.
• You agree not to use WhatsApp deep links or seller contact details for spamming, harassment, or unauthorized promotional telemarketing.
• Suppliers claiming business listings warrant that they are authorized representatives with valid business registrations (GSTIN/Udyam/PAN).

4. Zero Phone Number Selling Policy

VyaparMap guarantees that buyer phone numbers are never stored in lead databases or sold to third-party telemarketers. Direct communication occurs exclusively via buyer-initiated WhatsApp links. S8N is not responsible for conversations or commercial transactions conducted independently between buyers and suppliers on WhatsApp.

5. Business Directory Listings & Trust Badges

Business listings on VyaparMap are compiled via automated cross-verification algorithms across public search sources (Google Maps, JustDial, IndiaMART). The "High Trust" badge indicates multi-platform phone/address verification. While S8N makes every reasonable effort to maintain data accuracy, listings are provided "as is" and buyers should perform standard commercial due diligence before entering financial transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand names, trademarks, visual design elements, codebases, and algorithms associated with VyaparMap are the exclusive intellectual property of S8N.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, S8N shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business, or commercial disputes arising from transactions conducted between buyers and suppliers discovered through VyaparMap.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
