2. Core Anti-Spam & Zero Phone Number Leakage Guarantee
VyaparMap is architected on a consumer-first, anti-spam foundation:
- We NEVER sell, trade, or share buyer phone numbers to suppliers, lead brokers, or third-party telemarketers.
- Buyers initiate contact directly via WhatsApp deep links (`wa.me`). Your phone number is shared only with the specific supplier you choose to chat with on WhatsApp.
- We do not store buyer phone numbers in our query databases. Searching for suppliers requires zero phone number registration.

4. Rights of the Data Principal (DPDPA 2023)

- Right to Grievance Redressal: Submit complaints regarding data processing. Response within 7 business days.
- Right to Nominate: Nominate an individual to exercise data rights in the event of incapacity.

All database instances are hosted on secure, encrypted PostgreSQL infrastructure located in the AWS Mumbai Region (ap-south-1), ensuring your data strictly remains within Indian jurisdiction in compliance with data localization mandates. All data transfers are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS 1.3.
